Before you try to log in to RealBridge

Make sure your camera and microphone are working. Log out of any other applications.

Do the test here (allow time to do this, if it doesn’t work,  let us know). https://play.realbridge.online/camera.html

Some machines do not work and some need care

Smart phones do not work and neither do I-Pads pre 2015

Browsers - MAKING SURE YOU HAVE DONE BROWSER UPDATES

In Chrome, and Edge, you need to click the three little dots in the top right corner. Alternatively:

For Chrome  chrome://settings/help

For Edge  edge://settings/help

INFORMATION FOR MAC USERS:  MacOS (MacBook)

- You can use Chrome as an alternative to Safari. [Its web video support may be better.]

You will need to login to RealBridge for the play part of the lessons and supervised practice.

The log-in procedure follows (5 to 20 mins before the start please-

Once you have paid you will be sent a login link by e-mail.

Click the link

  1. Name - FULL NAME  - your real name eg John Smith

    NOT - john smith     NOT - JOHN SMITH

    NOT - John S           NOT - John

 2. ID number - leave blank

 3. Click Login  and you will be in the club lobby

 4. Join a table: Sit where you want (just click the white button for the seat)
